Waiver

For everyone’s safety, all equipment users/event participants must complete our liability waiver before using The PlunCho Co’s sauna and plunge equipment.

1. Assumption of Risk

I, the undersigned, understand that participation in sauna sessions, cold water immersion, and other contrast therapy activities (“Services”) provided by The PlunCho Co involves inherent risks, including but not limited to: changes in blood pressure, dizziness, loss of consciousness, muscle soreness, or other physical injury.
I voluntarily assume all such risks, whether known or unknown, and take full responsibility for my participation.

2. Medical Acknowledgment

I affirm that:

I am physically able to participate and have no known medical conditions that would put me at risk during heat or cold exposure.
I have consulted with a physician, or I knowingly waive the need to do so, before participating in these activities.
I will immediately notify staff if I feel unwell at any point during the session.

3. Release of Liability

In consideration of being allowed to participate in The PlunCho Co’s Services, I hereby release and hold harmless The PlunCho Co, equipment brands, its owner, employees, agents, locations and affiliates from any and all liability for injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during or after utilization of equipment and/or participation, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

4. Photography & Media Release

I grant permission for photographs or video taken during my session to be used by The PlunCho Co. for promotional purposes, without compensation.

5. Agreement

I have read this waiver, fully understand its terms, and voluntarily agree to them by signing below.
